B超对胎儿畸形诊断价值的研究

Study on B-mode Ultrasonographic Value for Diagnosis of Fetal Deformity

目的 研究 B超检查对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法 对 4 6例孕妇经腹扫查 ,观察胎儿畸形的声像图特征。结果 本组 4 6例胎儿畸形中 ,无脑畸形 1 0例 ,脑积水 1 3例 ,积水性无脑畸形 4例 ,脑脊膜膨出 3例 ,心内畸形 2例 ,多囊肾 2例 ,胸腔积液 1例 ,腹腔积液 1例 ,胸腔积液合并腹腔积液 3例 ,内脏外翻 2例 ,淋巴囊肿 5例。所有患者均经正常分娩或引产后尸检证实。结论 B超检查 ,不仅能确定胎儿有无畸形 ,而且能对胎儿畸形的类型明确诊断 。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fetal deformity using B mode ultrasonography. Methods Fourty six pregnant woman underwent transabdominal sonography to get the ultrasonic characteristics of fetal deformities. Results Of the 46 observed deformed fetuses,10 were with anencephaly;13 with hydrocephaly;4 with hydrocephaly and anencephaly;3 with meningomyeloceles;2 with heart deformities;2 with polycystic kidney;1 with hydrothorax;1 with ascites;3 with ascites and hydrothorax;2 with extroversion of organs and 5 with lymphoid cyst.All of the above fetases were proved by fetal autopsies after either natural birth or induced abortion. Conclusions B ultrasonography can not only detect deformity,but also can tell what kind of defomity is.Therefore,B mode ultrasonography is significant in clinical application.
