胰岛素泵治疗老年 2型糖尿病的临床观察(英文)

Clinical effect on treatment of type 2 diabetes in old patients with insulin pump

目的 比较胰岛素泵连续皮下胰岛素输注(CSⅡ)和常规胰岛素注射(CIT)在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的疗效。方法 50例老年2型糖尿病患者分为两组CSⅡ组24例,CIT组26例。结果 两组达到相同的血糖水平,CSⅡ组所需的治疗时间、胰岛素量以及低血糖发生率明显减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 CSⅡ能有效模拟人生理胰岛素分泌,更快、更有效地控制高血糖,减少低血糖的发生率。

Objective: To compare the efficacy of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) and conventional insulin treatment (CIT) in old patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: Fifty old patients with type 2 diabetes were studied by two methods of intensive insulin delivery: (1)CSII group ( n =24), (2)CIT group ( n =26).Results:To reach the same blood glucose level, the average duration of treatment, the insulin dosage and the hypoglycemia incidence markedly decreased in CSII group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: CSII can imitate the physiological insulin secretion, which can control the hyperglycemia more quickly and effectively and reduce the hypoglycemia risk.
