摘要
目的该文拟研究哺乳妇女血清中胃动素含量、人乳中是否含有胃动素及初乳和成熟乳间胃动素含量是否存在差异。方法20例正常女性和18例哺乳期妇女,进食标准餐后抽取血清标本,哺乳期妇女同时抽取乳汁标本,采用免疫组化方法检测标本中胃动素含量。结果孕妇分娩后第5天和42天血清中胃动素含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但分娩后第5天和42天间血清中胃动素含量但无显著差异(P>0.05);哺乳妇女初乳和成熟乳中胃动素含量分别为(160.61±56.13)pmol/L和(153.51±60.13)pmol/L,两者间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论哺乳期妇女血清中存在高水平胃动素,乳汁中亦存在胃动素,该改变至少持续6周,可能对婴儿的胃肠道发育有重要影响。
Objective: To investigate whether lactating women have an elevated plasma level of motilin, there is a correlation between the plasma motilin level and the motilin level in breast milk in lactating women, and there is a difference in motilin levels between the colostrums and mature human milk in a controlled postprandial state. Methods: 20 control females and 18 lactating females were enrolled in this study. All samples were drawn in a controlled postrandial state. The concentration of motilin was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Both of these values were significantly higher than those in the control females P>0.05. The motilin level in human milk in the controlled postprandial state was (160.61±56.13) pmol/L on the 5th day and (153.51±60.13) pmol/L on the 42nd day after parturition (P>0.05). Although there was motilin in the breast milk and an elevated plasma level of motilin in the lactating women, there was no correlation in motilin level between the blood and the breast milk. Conclusions: Motilin is elevated in the blood of lactating women and human milk contains motilin. These elevated levels of motilin sustain for a period of at least 6 weeks. Further studies are necessary to assess whether motilin is involved in the development of gastrointestinal motility in the early stage of life in infancy.
