针对传统的制造信息监视系统中底层通信接口的不一致性 ,并基于 Web应用的组件化需求 ,提出了基于OPC技术和 Windows DNA-M结构的制造信息监视技术。首先论述了 Windows DNA-M的体系结构和特性 ,探讨了 OPC和 XML在系统集成框架中的应用 ,构建了基于 OPC和 XML技术的 Windows DNA-M结构 ,详细描述了自行开发的基于 OPC技术和 Windows DNA-M体系的多层分布式制造信息监视系统实现的关键技术 ,最后通过该技术在某制造企业 DNC系统设备状态信息监视中的成功应用 ,验证了基于 OPC技术和
In allusion to the inconsistenoy of bottom communication interfaces in traditional information monitoring system for manufacturing and the componented demand based on Internet application, this paper presents the information monitoring technology for manufacturing based on OLE for process control (OPC) technology and Windows distributed interNet architecture for manufacturing (DNA-M). The architecture and the characteristics of Windows DNA-M are discussed, DNA-M based on OPC and XML is built. And the key technology in a multilayered and distributed information monitoring system for manufacturing based on OPC technology and Windows DNA-M is described. Finally the information monitoring technology for manufacturing is proved to has a better flexibility in a DNC information monitoring system.
