糖尿病视网膜病变与糖化血红蛋白关系

Diabetic Retinopathy and Glycosylated Hemoglobin in Diabetic Patients

目的 :观察和分析 130例糖尿病患者的眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA)的图象特点和糖化血红蛋白(GHb)检测结果 ,探讨糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)与糖化血红蛋白的发病关系。方法 :本组病例按常规操作行眼底血管荧光造影和彩色照片对照 ,并检查结果分为正常眼底组、单纯型DR组、增殖型DR组 ,3组均采用美国伯乐公司血红蛋白ArC小柱测定试剂用沉淀法测定其糖化血红蛋白量。结果 :糖化血红蛋白 (HbAIc)均值正常眼底组 :9.13± 2 .9(% ) ;单纯型DR组 10 .4 1± 3.4 (% ) ;增殖型DR组 13.17± 6 .1(% )。结论 :本组增殖型DR组及单纯型DR组的糖化血红蛋白均值较正常眼底组明显升高 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 ,提示糖化血红蛋白均值上升与DR进展呈正向关系。

Objective:to investigate the relationship between diabetic retinopathy (DR) and glycosylated hemoglobin by analyzing the specialties of the photography of the fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and the level of hemoglobin in diabetic patients. Methods: All the patients had routine FFA and color photography as control, and were divided into three groups based on the Results: normal fundus, simple DR and proliferative DR. The glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients of three groups was measured by preciptation test with colamella test reagent (Beile Co. USA) for hemaglobin ArC. Results: The average values of glycosylated hemoglobin were 9.13±2.9(%), 10.41±3.4(%) and 13.17+ 6.1(%) respectively of the three groups. The different were significant among the three groups statistically. Conclusion: The glycosylated hemoglobin of the simple DR and proliferative DR groups were higher than that of normal fundus group statistically. The rising of glycosylated hemoglobin is parallel with the progress of DR.
