枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片溶出度的考察

Investigation on the dissolution of Dispersible Mosapride citrate tablets

目的 考察枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片的溶出度。方法 采用小杯法 ,以 0 .1mol·L-1的盐酸为溶剂 ,测定分散片同一批号不同组次的溶出度 ,并与两种普通片比较。结果 分散片的溶出度均一性好 ,累积溶出百分率在 10min可达 90 %。结论 枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片的溶出速度比普通片快。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the quality of Dispersible Mosapride Citrate tablets.METHODS Investigation on the dissolution of the tablets was inveseputed using 0.1 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid as solvent.The concentration of Mesapride citrate was desermited by UV with the detective wavelength of 272 nm.The disso1ution of 2 kinds of ordinary tablets was compared with the Dispersible Mosapride Citrate tablets.RESULTS The dissolved amount of the Dispersible Mosapride Citrate tablets was more than 90% within 10 min than that of the ordinary Mosapride Citrate tablets.CONCLUSION It is suggested that the dissolution of Dispersible Mosapride citrate tablets is better than that of ordinary Mosapride citrate tablcts.
