392种植物提取成分的抗病毒活性研究

Research on anti-virus aclioa of extracts from 392 plants

目的 从植物中寻找具有抗病毒的活性成分。方法 采用CPE法对多种植物提取物进行随机筛选。结果 从 392种植物中找到了 3种含有抗病毒活性成分的植物。结论 对这 3种植物的活性成分进行追踪 ,有望开发出抗病毒新药。

OBJECTIVE To search anti-virus compounds from plants.METHODS To screen extracts of plants at random with CPE.RESULTS Three plants,which had activity of anti-VSV,were screened out from 392 plants.CONCLUSION The anti-virus components from the three plants to be for ther researched will be helpful to develop new anti-virus drug.
