摘要
目的 制备 5F - β -环糊精以提高 5F的水溶性。 方法 采用正交实验法研究 β -环糊精对 5F的包合作用 ,并用紫外分光光度法、红外分光光度法、溶解度法验证包合物的形成。结果 以包合物的收率和包合物中 5F的含量为指标优选出最佳包合条件为主、客分子摩尔比为 1∶1,包合温度 2 5℃ ,搅拌时间 3h ,搅拌速度 30 0r·min-1。结论 包合物的溶解度显著增加。
OBJECTIVE To improve the stability and solubility of 5F by preparing the 5F β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.METHODS Using L 9(3 4) orthogonal test,the factors affecting inclusion compound were studied.Its physical characters were identified by UV spectrometer.RESULTS The experimental data showed that the best condition for inclusion were A 2B 1C 3D 2,and the inclusion compound should be formed in aqueous solution containing 5F and β-CD with molecular ratio of 1∶1,by mixing them at 25℃ in water bath for 3 h.CONCLUSION The results prove the inclusion compound of 5F and β-CD could markedly improve its solubility.
