RP-HPLC测定金果榄药材中巴马汀和药根碱的含量

Determination of palmatine and jatrorrhizine in Tinospora segittata and T.sagittata Var Cravernina by RP-HPLC

目的 采用RP -HPLC测定金果榄药材中巴马汀和药根碱的含量。方法 采用ODS柱 ,流动相为水 -乙腈 (1∶1) (含磷酸二氢钾 3.4g·L-1、十二烷基磺酸钠 1.7g·L-1) ;检测波长 345nm ;流速 1ml·min-1;外标法峰面积定量。结果 药材中巴马汀和药根碱的平均回收率分别为 97.6 4 %和 98.77%。结论 所用方法准确、简便、灵敏度高。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of palmatine and jatrorrhizine in Tinospora segittata and T.sagittata Var Cravernina.METHODS The HPLC condition was ODS column,acetonitrile-water(1∶1,containing 3.4 g KH 2PO 4 and 1.7 g CH 3(CH 2) 11OSO 3Na per 1000 ml) as mobile phase and 345 nm as detective wavelength.RESULTS The average recoveries were 97.64% and 98.77% for palmatine and jatrorrhizine, respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,simple and sensitive.It can be used for the quality control of Jinguolan.
