摘要
目的 建立镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,以C18为固定相 ,流动相为乙腈 -0 0 2mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (含 0 1%三乙胺 ,磷酸调pH 2 7) (4∶10 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 10nm。结果 盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0 135 36~ 1 35 36 μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系 (r=0 9997) ,平均回收率为 98 7% ,RSD =0 6 % (n =6 )。 结论 所用方法简单快速、专属性强、重复性好 ,能够控制产品的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride contents in Zhenkening syrup.METHODS A Lichrospher C 18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L -1KH 2PO 4(containing 0.1% TEA,and adjusted to pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid)(4∶100).The detective wavelength was at 210 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.13536 to 1.3536 μg(r=0.9997) and average recovery was 98.7%(RSD=0.6%,n=6).CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick,reproducible and is suitable for the quality control of Zhenkening syrup.
