大学生助学贷款制度是政府通过金融手段支持教育事业发展的一项重大举措。自 1 999年我国实行助学贷款制度以来 ,出现了许多不尽如人意的情况。通过对比介绍新加坡、马来西亚和澳大利亚 3个亚太地区主要国家的大学生助学贷款制度 ,指出目前我国助学贷款存在的主要问题 。

The system of college student study loans is an important policy that our government supports the education career through financial way. Many dissatisfactory phenomena appear from 1999 in which we carried out the system. We comparatively introduce the system of college student study loans of Singapore、 Malaysia and Australia, and point out our main problems, so that we can draw their experience to further improve our system of college student study loans.
