超微粉对耐火浇注料性能的影响

摘要 硅灰和α-Al_2O_3微粉影响耐火浇注料的加水量、成型性能、强度和抗渣性能。研究结果表明:(1)两种微粉配合使用,材料性能较好;(2)单独使用一种微粉时,硅灰效果优于α-Al_2O_3微粉;(3)当α-Al_2O_3微粉用量一定时,增大硅灰,水用量显著降低;(4)本试验条件下,超微粉适宜用量:硅灰6%,α-Al_2O_3微粉2%,此时加水量、成型性能、强度和抗渣性能最优。 Micro-powder of silica fume and α-Al_2O_3, influences the water-adding quantity, forming behavior, strength and slag-resistance property of the casting refractory. Testing result shows that: (1) using both micro--powders in matching can get better material performance; (2) when using single micro-powder only, the results of silica fume is better than α-Al_2O_3; (3) when α-Al_2O_3 is in constant, greater silica fume will result lower water demand and (4) under testing conditions, the suitable quantity of micro-powers are silica fume accounting for 6% while α-Al_2O_3 accounting for 2%. In this case, optimized water-adding quantity, forming behavior, strength and slag-resistance property could be reached.
