摘要 企业的薪酬制度必须与企业的经营战略相适应。本文在分析传统薪酬制度的特性及存在问题的基础上,概括了战略薪酬的内涵和特点,总结了影响战略薪酬设计的基本因素,提出了战略薪酬设计的几种主要模式。
