摘要
氯鼠酮钠盐是国内近年合成的抗凝血杀鼠剂,用它对草原主要害鼠布氏田鼠作了毒力测定。急性LD_(50)为1.882±0.7537毫克/公斤,回归方程y=2.2476x+4.3826;慢性LD_(50)为0.20±0.0302毫克/公斤,回归方程y=2.4396x+6.7051。用0.004%、0.008%和0.016%氯鼠酮钠盐小麦毒饵作了现场灭鼠试验,其效果分别为75.83±5.90%、70.81±5.96%和98.41±4.62%。用氯鼠酮钠盐防治布氏田鼠一次投饵时宜用浓度为0.01%~0.016%。
From September to November the study was carried out in the laboratory of Grassland Research Institute of the Chineses Academy of Agricultural Science and on the typical steppe of Inner Mongolia. According to the procedures described by Sun Ruiyuan, the results of toxicity determination of chlorophacinone— Na to brandt's vole(Microtus brandti) and the field test of controlling rodent were obtained. The LD_(50) of the acute (single dose) and the chronic (3 consecutive daily dose) orally are 1.882±0.7537 mg/kg and 0.20±0.0302 mg/kg respectively. The linear regression equation of them are Y=2.2476X+4.3862 and Y=2.4396X+6.7051. In field test, for 0.004%, 0.008% and 0.016% chlorophacinone—Na poisonous baits the efficiency to control brandt's vole are 75.82±5.90%,70.81±5.96% and 98.41± 4.62%. The results showed that chlorophacinone—Na could be a single dose rodenticide, the proper density of which be 0.01%~0.016%.
