葛藤繁殖方法的研究 被引量:14

摘要 葛藤是优良的绿肥作物、饲料作物,其根部发达,可团聚土粒,茎叶生长快,可迅速覆盖地面,是优良的水土保持植物,有“大地医生”之美誉。为了提高葛藤繁殖系数,笔者于1988年5月~1989年5月在贵州农学院教学试验场对葛藤的繁殖方法进行了系统研究。结果表明,有性繁殖时用硫酸处理60~120分,可使发芽率提高到68.4%~72.0%,丙三醇[C_3H_5(OH)_3](50℃)处理1小时及擦伤种皮均可有效地提高发芽率。无性繁殖时用沙埋越冬茎条和用100ppm萘乙酸(NAA)处理春采茎条进行春季沙床扦插,可有效地提高发根率及根系的其它指标。同时认为压条繁殖具有简单、成本低而且成活率高(可达80%)的特点,建议在生产中推广应用。 Kudzu is a good manure and forage crop. The flourishing root system can increase soil granular structure. It's regarded as‘Doctor of the Earth' for its contribution in soil conservation and improvement. To elevate the propogating coefficient of Kudzu, several methods were studied at the experimental farm of Gui zhou agricultural college between 1988~1989. The results are as follows: a percentage germination of Kudzu seed propogation was 68.4%~72.0% by means of socking the seeds in concentrated sulfuric acid for 60~120 minutes, this was increased effectively by socking in C_3H_5(OH)_3 (50℃) for an hour and breaking the seed skin with a razor blade. As for vegetative propogation, burying over—winter stem cuttage in the sand or striking the spring stem cuttage into sand bed after being treated with naphthalene acetic acid (100ppm) can increase the percentage germination and other indexes of the root system effectively. Layering of Kudzu was considered to be an easy and efficient method of propogation, its survival rate was more than 80%. It was recommended that this method be popularized in production.
