摘要
通过对不同棱型及种植地区的40个中国裸大麦(Hordeum vulgare var.nada)品种籽实粗蛋白质、赖氨酸的含量分析,结果表明,中国裸大麦粗蛋白质含量比皮大麦高10.7%,比玉米高55.8%;赖氮酸含量比玉米高68.0%;另外,多棱品种及在北方干旱区种植的品种有相对较高的粗蛋白质、赖氨酸含量。裸大麦饲喂试验表明,选用裸大麦作主料的配合饲料饲喂长白猪与普通饲料相比,具有提高瘦肉率及改善肉质的明显效果。
Through analyzed content of crude protein and lysine of 40 chinese naked barley varieties which come from different planted areas and have different row types,results indicated that its content of crude protein is ten percent higher than hulled barley's,and that the varieties planted in North arid areas or multi—row type varieties have a relatively higher content of crude protein and lysine.The swine—feeding experiment indicated that,compared with common feeding method,it has a significant effect of increasing rate of lean meat and improving pork quality to feed “Long—white” pigs with mixture feed of chinese naked barley.
