参麦注射液与4种输液配伍后的不溶性微粒考察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察3个厂家的参麦注射液与4种输液配伍后的不溶性微粒情况。方法利用ZWF-4DⅡ型注射液微粒分析仪测定微粒数。结果混合液中≥2μm,≥5μm,≥10μm,≥25μm的不溶性微粒均有显著性增加。结论应重视参麦注射液与输液配伍后的不溶性微粒。 Objective:To investigate the effect of mixing three kinds of Shenmai injections with four kinds of transfusion fluids on production of insoluble particles,Methods:By using ZWF-4DⅡ particle counter the amount of insoluble particles was observed after mixing three kinds of Shenmai injections with four kinds of transfusion fluids,Results:The mixture's insoluble particles of ≥2 μm,≥5 μm,≥10 μm,≥25 μm increased obviously,Conclusion:It should be cautioned the insoluble particles after Shenmai injection mixed with transfusion fluid,
