活血化瘀中药分期治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效观察

Observation of Curation Effect on Retinal Vein Occlusion Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Huoxue Huayu

目的:观察活血化瘀中药对视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法:62例(66眼)病例随机分为治疗组(32例,36眼)和对照组(30例,30眼)。治疗组以活血化瘀中药分期辨证治疗,对照组以西药尿激酶为主治疗。结果:在开始有效日方面,治疗组优于对照组,二者相比较有显著性差异。且活血化瘀中药对视网膜分枝静脉阻塞疗效显著。结论:活血化瘀中药分期治疗视网膜静脉阻塞效果明显。

Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for huoxue huayu in treatment of retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Method:62 patients(66 eyes) with RVO were divided randomly into treated group (32 case,36 eyes) and controlled group(30 case,30 eyes).The treated group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for huoxue huayu,the controlled group was treated with Niaojimei.Result:The treated group showed a significant effect than that of the controlled group in the time of beginning efficacy.And the traditional Chinese medicine for huoxue huayu has marked effect in branch retinal vein occlusion.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for huoxue huayu has marked efficacy in the treatment of RVO.
