摘要
用电阻法和电导法平行测定水分胁迫下沙芦草和冰草组织电阻和电导率的变化表明,轻度水分胁迫可引起组织电阻上升,随着胁迫的加重,组织电阻转为下降并至胁迫结束,电导率则呈上升趋势。与电导率相比组织电阻对水分胁迫的影响更敏感。
the tissue electrical resistance and electrical conductivity in Agropyron mongolicum and A.CTistaturn were measured by the method of electrical resistance and conductance under water stress,respectively.The results showed that A.mongolicum's tissue electrical resistance rlsed under low water stress,but the two species'electrical resistance descended and their electrical conductivity rised under high water stress.The tissue electrical resistance was more susceptible that the electrical conductivity under water stress.
