小剂量氯胺酮应用剖宫产手术中对新生儿影响的研究

The study on the effect of small dose of Ketamine using in cesarean on newborn baby.

目的探讨小剂量氯胺酮应用剖宫产手术中对新生儿影响。方法本文将足月妊娠且无妊高征的剖宫产产妇100例分为两组,A组:硬膜外阻滞不全而辅用氯胺酮组;B组:单纯硬膜外阻滞麻醉组。对新生儿的1,5,10 min的Apgar评分和出生1周的情况进行观察。结果两组产妇均进入全麻状态,手术过程平稳。新生儿Apgar评分及术后情况良好。结论采用小剂量的氯胺酮静脉注射辅助麻醉,经临床观察,麻醉效果满意,新生儿不受抑制。

Objective To study the effect of small dose of Ketamine using in cesarean on newborn baby. Methods 100 pregnant women under-going cesarean were divided into two groups, group A:blocked incompletely and using Ketamine ; group B:epidural blocking only. We observed 1,5,10 minutes grade of newborn and effect of newborn for a week. Results Using small dose of Ketamine during operation did not affect the newborn.
