摘要
酒精溶剂浸提得到较粗的白头翁总皂苷,脱脂后,经大孔树脂层析得到高产、高纯的白头翁总皂苷,得率为9.4%。总皂苷经硅胶柱层析得到无色的、纯度较高的单体皂苷,得率为22.8%。通过薄层层析把纯化的单体皂苷与标准品白头翁皂苷Ⅲ进行对照,分离纯化的单体皂苷与标准品相同,是3 O [α L 鼠李糖基(1→2) α L 阿拉伯糖苷] 3β,23 羟基 Δ20(29) 羽扇豆烯 28 O [α L 鼠李糖基(1→4) β D 葡萄糖基(1→6)] β D 葡萄糖酯苷。
In separating and purifying pulsatilla saponin, the pulsatilla saponin gained from alcohol solvent immersed liquid are degreased and separated through macroporous resin. Then, high yield and high purity pulsatilla saponin is obtained with a yield rate of 9.4%. Finally, decolored and separated through silica gel column,monomer saponin is obtained with a yield rate of 22.8%. Comparing with standard specimen, it is the same as 3-O-[α-L-rhamnppyranosy(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside]-3β,23-dihydroxyl-Δ^(20(29))-lup-28-O-[α-L- rhamnppyranosy(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside.
