Progress of determinants of chemo-resistance in non-small cell lung caner

摘要 非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)化疗有效率有待提高 ,阐明其耐药机制有助于问题的解决 ,并可能提供新的治疗靶点。核酸损伤修复能力、凋亡通路的改变以及部分关键因子的表达变化 ,被认为是其主要机制。
