摘要 肿瘤抑制基因 p5 3在维持基因组稳定性和完整性方面发挥着重要作用。p5 3对突变机制和突变率都有较大的影响 ,p5 3功能缺失的各种体内外模型的突变率均有增加。突变的 p5 3还可通过干扰包括凋亡在内的其他细胞程序而影响突变率。 The tumor suppressor gene, p53, plays an important role in preserving genomic stability and integrity. p53 affects the mechanism and frequency of mutation. The mutant frequency increased in the p53 functional loss models both in vivo and in vitro. Mutant p53 protein also interferes with other cellular processes including apoptosis that may affect the mutant frequency.
