得每通善得定单独及联合使用治疗慢性胰腺炎腹痛的疗效对比

Observation on Curative Effect of Chronic Pancreatitis Abdominal Pain Combined Treatment of Demeitong and Sandostatin

目的 比较得每通和善得定单独应用与联合治疗慢性胰腺炎腹痛的效果。方法 选择 5 0例慢性胰腺炎腹痛病例 ,分成 2组 ,得每通组 2 0例 ,给得每通 3～ 1 5粒 /d ,3次 /d ,1个月为 1疗程 ;善得定组 1 6例 ,应用善得定 0 1mg/次皮下注射 ,1次 /8h ,1个月为 1疗程 ;另 1 4例为联合用药组 ,采用得每通 3～ 1 5粒 /d ,3次 /d ,善得定 0 1mg/次 ,1次 /8h。结果 得每通组总有效率 75 0 0 % ;善得定组为 81 2 5 % ;联合用药组为85 71 %。结论 得每通和善得定治疗胰腺炎腹痛均有效 ,联合用药效果更佳 ,但得每通价格便宜 ,而善得定价格较高。

Objective To compare the curative effect on treatment of chronic pancreatitis abdominal pain with demeitong and sandostatin. Methods 3 groups were compared in demeitong group, sandostatin group and combined group. The curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate were 75% in first group, 81% in second group and 85.71% in combined group. Conclusion All methods could relieve the abdominal pain and combined group have better effect. But the price of drug should be considered.
