硝酸甘油静脉输入治疗老年左心衰竭36例疗效观察

Curative Observation on Left Heart Failure of Senile Treated with Nitroglycerin

目的 验证硝酸甘油静点治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法 选择 36例急性左心衰竭病例 ,其中劳力性呼吸困难 1 2例 ,端坐呼吸 8例 ,阵发性呼吸困难 1 6例。应用硝酸甘油静点 ,滴速为 1 0～ 4 0mg/min ,用药最短为 3d ,最长为 9d。结果 显效 1 9例 ,有效 1 7例 ,总有效率为 1 0 0 %。结论 治疗急性左心衰竭采用硝酸甘油静点 ,显效快、疗效确切 。

Objective To assess the curative effect of acute left heart failure treated with nitroglycerin. Methods 36 cases of acute left heart failure patient were treated with nitroglycerin (among them labor dyspnea 12 cases, sitting dyspnea and paroxysmal dyspnea). Results There were 19 cases in good effective, 17 cases in effective and total effective rate 100%. Conclusion The nitroglycerin could treat acute left heart failure with rapid and accurate effect.
