摘要
目的 探讨 1次性根管充填法在前牙意外穿髓时的疗效。方法 选择门诊行烤瓷美容修复的 4 0例 5 8颗前牙备冠意外穿髓后 ,即刻行 1次性根管充填术 ,然后做烤瓷冠美容修复。结果 4 0例 5 8颗患牙经1次性根管治疗 ,通过 1年临床观察 ,全部成功 ,成功率 1 0 0 %。结论 1次性根管充填法缩短了疗程 ,减少了污染环节 。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of root canal overfilling on time at ceramic repair. Methods 58 teeth of 40 perforating pulp cases were overfilled one time and then ceramic repair was taken. Results After 1 year follow-up, all cases were successful with 100%. Conclusion This new method could shorten the duration of treatment, reduce the pollution and improve the curative effect.
