Clinical Analysis of Etomidate Intravenous Anaesthesia In Induced Abortion Operation

目的 比较异丙酚静脉麻醉实施人工流产与其它人流术相比的优点和不良反应。方法 随机选取异丙酚静脉麻醉实施人流术 1 0 0例 ,消炎止痛栓行人流术 1 6 0例 ,普通人流术 1 2 0例 ,比较分析其镇痛效果、人工流产综合征发生率、苏醒时间等。结论 异丙酚是一种新型、短效的静脉全麻药 ,特别适合用于人流术 ,不良反应是抑制呼吸、循环系统 ,应严格掌握无痛人流的手术指征 。

Objective To study and observe the effect of etomidate intravenous anaesthesia in induced abortion operation,contrasted with other induced abortion operation.Methods We selected etomidate intravenous anaesthesia in induced abortion operation 100 cases,antiphlogistic and relieve pain suppository induced abortion operation 60 cases and common induced abortion 120 cases in random.contrast and analyse the effect of relieve pain,the Incidence of induced abortion syndrome and revive time.Result The relieve pain effect of etomidate group is better than other group obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion etomidate is a new kind of short-effect intravenous general anesthesia drug,especially suit for induced abortion operation.Its harmful reaction is inhibition of respiratory and circulatory system.We should grasp the indication of induced abortion operation strictly,observe operation rules and regulations.
