本文就高校反腐倡廉的重要性 ;努力建设健全以规范高校领导干部行为为重点的权利约束机制 ;以及高校各级领导干部如何以党的“十六大”精神为指导 。

This article deals with the importance of anti-corruption, advocation of morality in Universities and the construction of authority's restraint system focused on standardizing the leaders behavior. At the same time, under the guidance of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, some unique thoughts and suggestions are presented on trying to strengthen the cultivation of morality and ideology of the leaders.
