文学创作是语言艺术 ,文学翻译本质上也是语言艺术 ,译者要尽可能地传达原作者的意图 ,反映作品的独特性。本文从词语、句式、修辞等方面分析了巫宁坤先生的译作《了不起的盖茨比》,从而揭示了该译作的传神效果 。
Literature creation is an art of language, so is literary translation. Translators should convey the original writer's intent and reflect the originality of the works. This paper analyses The Great Gatsby translated by Wu Ningkun, and illustrates the great importance of equivalence in literary translation.
