摘要
自 2 0世纪 90年代以后 ,通过并购实施跨国经营和全球扩张 ,已成为国际资本流动的主要选择和大企业发展壮大的重要途径。同时 ,外资控股并购我国国有企业的案例也越来越多 ,跨国并购对我国利用外资的影响也将逐渐加深 ,如何制定相应的对策 ,兴利弊害 。
Since the 1990s , multinational operation and global expansion through the mergence have become the main choice of international capital flow and the important way of the development and expansion of the huge enterprises. At the same time, there are more and more cases which state-owned enterprises are merged by foreign capital. The influence of multinational mergence will be greater on the use of foreign capital in china. How to take the related countermeatures and make use of advantages and get rid of disadvantages is the key point of this paper.
