摘要
乌江渡发电厂扩建工程尾水出口岩坎是为满足尾水出口631 5m高程以下正常施工而预留的挡水岩坎,岩坎距离上游老厂房、尾水出口闸墩、叠梁门、启闭机及上空高压线等周边建筑物及设施非常近,对爆破控制要求很高,且施工环境较差,交通也不便;同时尾水出口岩坎拆除主要是水下爆破,钻爆开挖及清渣工程量较大,工期特别紧张。因施工方案正确,组织合理,严密过程控制,尾水出口岩坎成功拆除完毕,为2003年8月底首台机组发电创造了有利条件。
The rock bank on tail water outlet of Wujiangdu power plant's extension project was a reserved one for blocking water to ensure normally constructing in the area bellow the elevation 6315 m of the tail water outlet.The rock bank was very near from peripheral structures and facilities,such as the upper-stream old powerhouse,tail water outlet piers,stoplog gate,headstock gear and overhead high-voltage line etc.The requirement of blasting control here was expected very high,the construction environment was worse and traffic inconvenient.At the same time,the removing works were mainly blowing up under water.The engineering amount of drilling,blasting,excavating and spoiling was relatively heavy,construction schedule very tense.Because the construction method was correct,the organization rational,and the course was tightly controlled,tail water outlet rock bank was successfully removed, it had created the advantage conditions in order that the first unit would generate electricity at the end of August of 2003.
