摘要 乌江渡发电厂扩建工程水轮发电机转子采用圆盘式无风扇结构,转子支架为转子中心体与扇形支臂工地拼装焊接而成,转子磁轭铁片堆积时磁轭的圆度、侧面和正面垂直度要靠铁片堆积导键来控制。安装中对铁片堆积进行了研究,增加磁轭键来控制磁轭的圆度和正面垂直度,用导键控制侧面垂直度,取得了比较明显的效果,对同类型圆盘式无风扇结构转子的组装施工具有参考价值。 In Wujiangdu power plant's extension project,the turbine-generator rotor,that has adopted disc-type structure without fan,center body of rotor and fan-shaped support arm,are assembled and welded in site.When the yoke iron slices of rotor are piled up,the roundness,the side and the front vertical degrees of the yoke are controlled by a lead key for piling up iron slice.Researched iron slice piling up in installation,it is added that roundness and bellow vertical degree of the yoke are controlled by the yoke key,and side vertical degree is controlled by the lead key,this method has made more obvious effect.The experience has consulting worth to assembling and constructing rotors that have similar disc-type structure without fan.
