摘要
对TC1钛合金整流内罩在深拉热流变成形生产过程中出现的质量问题 ,如拉裂、起皱等失效现象 ,采用数值模拟方法加以质量控制研究 .通过计算机数值模拟“实验” ,优化成形工艺参数和模具几何参数 ,不仅节省了大量的实验经费和时间 ,产品合格率也从原来的 2 0 %左右提高到了 80 %以上 .
Contrapositive to the quality problems appearing in the process of the thermal-rheological forming production of TC1 titanium alloy rectifier , such as the failure phenomenon of drawing splitting, wrinkling,etc.,the numerical simulation method is adopted to study the quality control. Through the experiment of numerical simulation, optimization of the technological parameter of deep-drawing forming and the mould geometry parameter has not only saved a large number of experiment funds and time, but also raised the rate of qualified products from about 20% originally to more than 80%.
