摘要
对某汽车厢体骨架结构改型后的变形量进行了检验 ,以极限扭转工况下的吊耳变形数据为输入 ,通过有限元计算得到顶窗框各角点的变形量 ,为结构改进设计提供了理论依据 .
The check analysis of deformation of a certain retrofitted specialty vehicle is studied via the application of the finite element method. The finite element model is loaded with the displacement of shackle in limiting torsion condition,then the displacement of each corner of the top window frame is gotten by running ANSYS.The finite element method provides valuable theory basis for improving design.
