摘要 多胺 (包括腐胺、精脒及精胺 )广泛分布于各种生物组织细胞内 ,具有促进细胞分化、增殖、生长 ,稳定细胞膜和亚细胞器结构 ,调控体内核酸、蛋白质的生物合成 ,修饰蛋白激酶等作用。鸟氨酸脱羧酶 /多胺系统与脑细胞的分化、增殖以及神经细胞凋亡等都密切相关 ,对于脑发育及中枢神经系统疾病的诊治有重要意义。 Polyamines, which includes spermine, spermidine and putrescine, is present in all living organisms. They play important promoting roles in cell proliferation and differentiation, growth, stabilization of structures of membranes and subcellular organelle, control of biosynthesis of nucleic acid and proteins, and modification of protein kinase. The ornithine decarboxylase (ODC)/polyamine system is closely associated with differentiation, proliferation of brain cells, apoptosis of nerve cells and so on, and is of important significance for brain development and diagnosis and treatment of the central nervous system diseases.
