摘要
目的 研究心肾联合移植围手术期处理对治疗终末期心肾功能衰竭的意义。方法 回顾性分析心肾联合移植术的意义及围手术期处理。并总结1例采用心肾联合移植术治疗终末期心肾功能衰竭。结果 手术经过顺利 ,患者术后恢复平稳。随访至今已26个月余 ,心肾功能正常 ,生活质量良好 ,未发生明显排斥反应与严重感染。结论 心肾联合移植术是治疗终末期心肾功能衰竭的有效方法 ,围手术期处理至关重要。
Objective To explore the value of Peri-operative therapy of combined heart and kidney transplantation(HKT)for patients with heart and renal failure in end-stage. Methods the value of Peri-operative therapy of combined heart and kidney transplantation(HKT)was analyzed Retrospectively,and the experience of combined heart and kidney transplantation(HKT)for one patient with end-stage heart and renal failure was summarized. Results The operation was successful and postoperative recovery was smooth.The patient survived for26months after transplantation with good function of heart and kidney.There was neither significant rejection of both organs nor serious infection. Conclusions HKT offers an effective therapy for patients with end-stage heart and renal failure.
