摘要
目的 测定心痛康胶囊中芍药苷含量。方法 选用HypersilODS - 2分析柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm,5 μm),乙腈 -磷酸盐缓冲液(10∶6 5)为流动相,检测波长为 2 30nm,流速为 1 0ml·min-1,柱温为室温;结果 线性范围为 1 12～ 6 72 μg(r =0 9998),平均回收率为 98 6 5 %,RSD为 0 78%(n =5),结论 该法简便、灵敏、准确。
Objective Determination of Paeoniflorin in Xintongkang Capsule by HPLC. Methods Hypersil ODS-2 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), acetonitrile-phosphoric sodium buffer as mobile phase, and detection wave-length was 230nm, flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1, column temperature was room temperature. Results Linearity range was 1.12～6.72μg (r=0.9998), average recovery rate was 98.65%, and RSD was 0.78%(n=5). Conclusion This method was convenient, sensitive and accurate.
