鞍钢ASP线汽车车轮用钢的研制

Development of Automotive Wheel Steels on Angang's ASP Producing Line

介绍了鞍钢ASP线上开发研制含Nb车轮用钢SS400L的生产工艺与组织性能,叙述了钢的成分设计、冶炼、连铸、薄板坯的控轧控冷工艺等。试验证明,鞍钢ASP线生产的SS400L车轮用钢具有良好的强韧性配合、优良的成形性能及高的尺寸精度,可以满足汽车车轮用钢的使用要求。

In this paper- the Angang ASP production process- microstructure and properties of niobium-wheel steels SS400L are introduced. The compositions designing- smelting- continuing casting- controlled rolling and cooling of thin slab are also introduced. The experiments have indicated that SS400L possesses a good combination of strength and ductility-excellent formability as well as high accuracy of gauge- which are adaptable to the actual wheel production process.
