摘要
介绍了奇瑞公司轿车用超深冲IF钢板、冷轧高强度钢板、烘烤硬化钢板、冷轧双相钢板、相变诱导塑性钢板、减振复合钢板和热轧酸洗钢板的实际性能试验及应用,分析了国内外部分钢种的实际成分和性能以及用高强度钢板制造车身的减振效果,并对薄钢板和典型表面件的抗凹刚度和抗凹深度进行了检测。
This paper presents classification of car steel sheet in Cherry Car Co.and introduction and description of practical propery tests,applications of super deep draw steel IF- cold rolled high strength sheet,bake hardening sheet- cold rolled dual phase steel sheet,TRIP sheet,Sandwich steel sheet and pickled oil steel sheet.This paper also offers some statistic analysis of composition,properties and vibration reduction effects of domestic and abroad steels. In the end - some tests about dent resistance rigidity and depth of dent resistance have been carried out for typical steel sheet and exposed parts.
