摘要
研究了基于全量理论的板料成形快速有限元分析的方法———一步成形方法,编写计算机程序对某轿车前翼子板进行了计算模拟,并与试验结果和增量模拟结果进行了比较。由于计算速度快,建立分析模型简单,一步成形方法可用于汽车覆盖件产品设计阶段估计零件的可成形性,预示毛坯形状。
The rapid finite element method of sheet metal forming -one step forming simulation based on the total deformation theory was discussed and codes was implemented to simulate the forming of certain automobile front fender.Results obtained from one step forming method are compared with those of experiment and incremental approach.Because of its rapid computing speed and simple modeling requirement- this method can be used to evaluate the formability of automobile covering parts and to predict the shape of the blank in the product design.
