摘要
对不同温度下冲击韧度试验的低温钢断口形貌进行了分析。宏观上通过纤维区、放射区和剪切唇在断口上所占比例,微观上通过SEM照片中韧窝的形状、大小和夹杂物的成分及分布来预测判断材料韧性的优劣。
Study the section shape of low-temperature casting steel tested and impacted under different temperatures.Macroscopicall analyzing the proportions of fibre region?radial region and cut lips in the section microscopically analyzing by SEM photos the shape?size of toughness cavity,the compositions and distributions of inclusions the material toughness canbe predicted.
