诱发电位改变与脊髓受压程度关系的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探索脊髓电生理的改变与大鼠脊髓慢性受压程度的相关关系。方法 :切除 T9椎板后置入慢性渐进性压迫装置 ,多次渐进旋入螺钉 ,在 3个月内造成大鼠胸段脊髓不同程度的慢性渐进性压迫 ,脊髓受压程度根据椎管侵占率分为轻度 ( <30 % )、中度 ( 30 %~ 60 % )、重度压迫 ( >60 % )三组 ,定期进行 CBS、MEP和 SEP等检查。结果 :重度压迫组后肢全瘫的 5只动物 MEP和 SEP均测不到 ;中度压迫组有 2只 SEP测不到。术后 90 d,实验组 SEP和 MEP的潜伏期明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;中度损伤组、轻度损伤组和对照组SEP和 MEP均存在显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。实验组动物的 CBS与 MEP和 SEP改变呈显著正相关。结论 Objective:To investigate the relationship between evoked potentials and grading compressive spinal cord injury. Methods:T 9 vertebral lamina of rats were excised. Then we fixed a special install and progressively screwed in the compressive screw in some interval to compress spinal cord chronically. According to neural canal encroach rate, we divided the spinal cord compression extent into gentleness(<30%), moderate(30%~60%), severe(>60%). CBS, MEP and SEP were examined regularly. Result:Both MEP and SEP were absent in all the five severe compression rats with hind limb paraplegia; SEP were absent in two rats of moderate compression. Ninety days after primary operation,the latence of SEP and MEP were longer in spinal cord injured animals than in normal rats,P<0.05;There was significant difference in moderate, mild and control animals,P<0.05. There was significant positive correlation between MEP and SEP in spinal cord injured animals. Conclusion: Nerve evoked potentials could reflect the compression extent of spinal cord.
