摘要 目的:评价预成修复体在颌骨缺损修复后的临床效果。方法:通过制取术前模型,设计时充分利用好口内余留牙及残存组织倒凹,使预成修复体尽可能与手术切线一致,或重衬加强边缘密封等,对56例颌骨缺损修复患者进行观察。结果:56例中术后戴用预成修复体经1~3个月随访复诊处理后,均达到较好固位和功能恢复者46例(82.1%);一般7例(12.5%);差3例(5.4%)。结论:预成修复体的临床设计与制作不同于一般牙列缺损的修复,除充分利用口颌系统尚存留部分,修复医生与手术医生的协调一致并取得患者密切配合,是获得较为理想修复效果的关键。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of the prosthesis with artificial gnathos denture on reconstructionof maxilla defect. Methods: Using pre-operation cast, manufactured dummy were made to coincide with the incision ofoperation, by making full use of the remaining teeth, the residual dental tissue and the undercut of the teeth, or strengtheningthe border seal by relining and some other methods. 56 patients treated with artificial gnathos denture were studied.Results: Among the 56 patients, 46 cases were excellent-retained (82.1%). 7 cases were fairly-retained (12.5%), 3 caseswere poorly retained (5.4%). Conclusions: The clinical design and manufacture of the artificial gnathos denture are differentfrom the ordinary restorations generally used for defect of dentition. Besides for making full use of residual part of thegnathostomatic system, the coordination is very important between the operator doctors and the prosthetic doctors as wellas patients to gain an ideal prosthetic outcome.
