新疆哈萨克族面中1/3距离与面下1/3距离的相关性及临床意义

Clinical significance in the correlation beteen the facial’s vertical dimensionand the distance from pupi to oral fissure in Xinjiang Kazak

目的:对新疆哈萨克族面下1/3距离与面中1/3距离是否具有相关性及临床意义进行研究,并与汉族相关资料进行对比。方法:选择新疆哈萨克族正常男性84例,女性84例,对其面下1/3距离与面中1/3距离进行测量,测量数据由SPSS11.0统计软件包进行统计处理分析。结果:新疆哈萨克族面下1/3距离与面中1/3距离具有相关性(r=0.521),哈汉族之间比较有统计学上的意义(P<0.01)。结论:新疆哈萨克族在进行全口义齿修复确定垂直距离时,同样可参考面中1/3距离,但应考虑其面部特征。

Objective: To investigate clinical significance in correlation between thefacial’s vertical dimension and the distance from pupi to oral fissure in Xinjiang Kazak withnormal occlusion. To provide a accurate data for Kazak in Xinjiang. Methods: 168 (84males,84 females) Kazak adolescents with normal occlusion in Xinjiang aletai region wereincluded in this , study and facial parameters including the facial’s vertical demension andthe distance from pupi to oral fissure were collected with vernier caliper. The data wereanalysed statistically and compared with that in the Han nationality. Results: There wassignificant relationship beween the facial’s vertical dimension and the distance from pupito oral fissure in Xinjiang Kazak with normal occlusion(r=0.521), significant difference wasfound beween the Han nationality and Kadak. Conclusion: The methed using distance from pupito oral fissure to determine the facial’s vertical dimension is also fit for Kadak ,but theethical character must be considered.
