摘要
目的探讨精神运动性癫痫儿童行为问题及其家庭影响因素。方法对 94例精神运动性癫痫儿童进行研究。结果精神运动性癫痫儿童存在行为问题 ( 2 5 .5 3 % ) ,主要家庭影响因素按Wald值依次为情感表达 ( 13 .72 5 )、独立自主 ( 10 .3 46)、娱乐活动 ( 7.969)及道德宗教 ( 5 .62 8)。结论精神运动性癫痫儿童在接受药物治疗同时 ,应保持良好的家庭环境 ,避免行为问题的发生 ,使其身心健康发展。
ObjectiveTo explore the behavioral problem and influential factors of family of psychomoter epilepsy children . Method94 cases of psychomoter epilepsy children were studied. RusultsPsychomoter epilepsy children have behavioral problems(25.53%), and according to Wald , there are four main family factors of influential children behavior:as it tongs expressiveness(13.725), independence and initiative(10.346), entertainment(7.969) and moral religion(5.628) . ConclusionsTo have a good family enviroment while the psychomoter epilepsy children were treated with medicine was very important for them to aviod the occurance of behavioral problems, and advance the healthy development of their body and psychology .
