摘要
着重对变频器驱动三相交流电动机带大位能负载下放时 ,变频器电气制动动态过程进行分析 ,依据制动转矩和制动过程时间的要求 ,合理计算制动单元和制动电阻 ,并对轮胎式集装箱门式起重机 (RTG)的起升变频器制动单元和制动电阻进行校验 。
This paper mainly analyses the dynamic braking process of inverter driven induction motor , which holds the large inertia loads for decelerating . According as a series way of dynamic braking calculation, calculates some value of DB resistor and braking unit. These general way of dynamic braking calculation can be used the inverter of RTG hoist motor for braking applications to bring large inertia loads to a quick stop .
