摘要
在单因素实验的基础上,用正交实验法优选从荸荠皮中提取抗菌物质的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:浸提剂为乙酸/乙醇溶液;液固比为12:1;浸提温度为30℃～37℃;浸提时间为3h～6h;浸提处理1次的条件下制备的荸荠皮提取物,可获得较好的效果。
The optimum conditions of extracting antibiotic substance from Eleocharis tuberosa peel were investigated by using orthogonal design from some single factor experimces. The results showed that extraction solvent was acetic acid/ethanol,L/S was 12 : 1,extract condition: 30℃- 37℃,3h - 6h,for 1 time were optimal. The extract of Eleocharis tuberosa peel of MIC was 0.2% .
