摘要
采用大戟狼毒(RadixeuphorbiaeFischerianae)根乙醇提取物,制成0.3%大戟狼毒水剂。用0.3%大戟狼毒水剂原液和100倍液对甘蓝夜盗(BarathrabrassicaeL.)进行室内杀虫试验,杀虫率分别为100%、80%。用0.3%大戟狼毒水剂500～650倍液防治蔬菜桃蚜(MyruspersicaeS.),效果为90%～97%。利用大戟狼毒浸提残渣对蛴螬[东北大黑鳃金龟幼虫(HolotrichiadiomphaliaBates)]进行室内喂养杀虫试验,杀虫率为100%。
0.3%pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae is made from extraction of root of Radix Euphorbiae Fischerianae with ethanol by dip.The death rate of Barathra brassicae L is 100% with 0.3% pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae,80% of death rate with 100 times diluent of 0.3% pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae within 7 days.The effect of controlling Myrus persicae S. is 90% to 97% with 650 to 500 times diluent of 0.3% pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae in the trial.The death rate of Holotrichia diomphalia Bates is 100% with leavings of extraction of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae within 5 days.
