Strengthen Cooperation Between Coal and Power Industries to Guarantee Energy Supply

本文介绍了煤矿办电的现状、特点及发展趋势,重点阐述了在目前市场经济下煤矿办电的特点、煤电联营的发展趋势,尤其是煤电基地建设中煤炭、电力企业合作的前景,分析了煤矿发展坑口燃煤电厂的瓶颈。提出加强宏观调控,合理配置煤炭、电力资源;大力扶持煤矿办电,鼓励煤电联营;鼓励煤炭、电力企业之间相互参股,合作建设煤电基地;鼓励煤矸石综合利用电厂建设并规范其市场的政策建议。

This paper presents the current status, trend, especially in current market economy, as well as the cooperation prospects between coal and power industries in the construction of the great coal and power base. The problems of the development of the mine mouth power plant have been analyzed. Finally, the author presents some recommendations on how to promote the cooperation of coal and power industries.
