摘要
采用试验的方法探讨了镁硅质量比、微量稀土及热处理制度对 6 0 6 3铝合金导热性能的影响。研究结果表明 :6 0 6 3铝合金采用 1 73的Mg、Si质量比 ,加入 0 3%稀土 ,经挤压后在 2 5 0℃进行退火 ,然后随炉冷却 ,热导率比原来提高了 9 5 %。
This article adopted testing way to probe into the rate between Mg and Si ,the effect of micro-rare-earth and the thermal treatment for 6063 aluminum alloy thermal conductivity.The result suggested that 6063 aluminum alloy's thermal conductivity has improved 9.5% after using the ratio between 1.73 Mg and Si,adding 0.3% rare-earth ,preserving the heat at 250℃ after extruding ,and then cooling with the stove.
